AravanLabs Experiments and Innovates in its Internal Communications​

AravanLabs is a company committed to innovation and the development of products and services related to microbiology. Due to its high level of advancements in its business segment, it has earned recognition from professionals who use its products. The company’s goal is to obtain alternative sources for the production of national nutritional bases, which are fundamental elements of microbiological culture media, as well as the development of high-quality microbiological inputs.

For this laboratory, the success of its quality is due to the work of its collaborators, qualified and motivated people who make each product a personal project, a formula that allows them to ensure the highest quality standards in their processes and products. Additionally, they are the first national industry in Uruguay to manufacture dehydrated yeast extract and produce derived culture media.

As the company has grown, so have its needs, leading the management team to realize that they needed to improve certain processes, ranging from personalized customer interactions, mass campaign generation, and the search for new contacts, to sales projections with each client for the current month.

The collaboration between Salesforce and AravanLabs began with the implementation of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, two solutions capable of digitizing their sales cycle and obtaining data from the entire process, which are key for decision-making.

The implementation process was very agile and fast, taking only two days of training with immediate implementation, with the help of Smartcoco, a Salesforce partner.

“In this way, different areas of the laboratory could work together for their logistics thanks to the integration of sales and services,” assured Macció.

Regarding the results obtained, Laura Macció stated: “There was an internal improvement in our logistics, and now we have a better structure in this regard. Additionally, our annual sales increased by 16.4%.”

Through Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, AravanLabs has managed to have a complete and accessible customer database for all areas of the laboratory, compiled information from each account that facilitates follow-up while allowing, for example, the sending of emails to all contacts in their database, reflecting a more efficient and agile internal workflow.
